ROLE
CRUEL’s Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting production and logistics tasks as it relates to branded experiential marketing initiatives on behalf of CRUEL’s clients. The production function at CRUEL is defined by the process of developing, procuring, storing, and deploying goods to be used in conjunction with client project execution. Logistics further defines the coordination of systems that leverages third parties to facilitate company operations.
Production at CRUEL will require innovative solutions with the goal of creating efficiencies across company cost centres by strengthening internal processes, building strong relationships with our vendor network, and collaborating effectively with other team
Production Coordinator
FULL-TIME
Experience in logistics, supply chain, event production, and/or fabrication
Valid driver’s license, and proficiency in operating small to medium-sized vehicles
Baseline knowledge of building, fixing, and maintaining fabricated assets
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines concurrently
Strong relationship building skills
Self-motivated and communicative
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams within areas of operations strategy, event planning, budget proposals, event programming, warehousing & logistics, and vendor procurement
Utilize project management platforms to ensure streamlined communication with other departments
Reply to internal communications in a timely manner, utilizing company systems including
Work alongside Operations teams to provide context on vendor invoices and support in managing project payables.
Vendor Management
Support in growing CRUEL’s production and logistics infrastructure to support execution of client projects.
Negotiate and complete purchase orders for products, materials, and asset creation
Manage and maintain strategic relationships with CRUEL vendors and partners, responding to and actioning inquiries in a timely manner
On-Site
Travel to client events and brand activations, ensuring smooth setup and quality control related to staging, asset placement, and visual appeal.
Coordinate with internal team as well as external vendors to create cost-efficient and streamlined solutions for client project deployment.
Be on-call on select evenings and weekends to troubleshoot problems that arise related to production & logistics
Develop detailed hour-by-hour approaches for setup, management, and tear-down associated with client projects at music festivals, grocery retail stores, outdoor spaces, and other locations.
Inventory Management
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to organize and manage CRUEL’s warehouses and operational hubs across the country.
Interface with digital inventory management tracker to ensure appropriate inventory for day-to-day items such as cleaning supplies, product sampling cups, staff uniforms, and other disposable items.
Maintain organization of warehousing spaces, working with internal team members to make sure proper organizational protocols are followed throughout project execution.
